Walking can also boost our mood, it increases blood flow and circulation to our brain and body, making us feel more energised and productive. Walking has a variety of physical benefits and a lot of us struggle with various conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes- walking can help manage and prevent these types of conditions.
