Clan win Three out of Four Games to Make Playoffs

It seems the Glasgow Clans faith in resigning Malcolm Cameron was well placed as they have won the last three out of four games, securing their spot in the playoffs. They achieved this with a 7-2 victory over the Fife Flyers.

The big news foe the Clan in regard to the Playoffs is that they face a stern test in the Cardiff Devils. The higher seeded Cardiff Devils have opted to host their leg first on Saturday, 23rd April at Ice Arena Wales, face off 7.30pm. The second leg will be played at the Braehead Arena scheduled to take place on Sunday 24th April, face off 6pm.

Glasgow Clan have a tough two leg game if they wish to make it to the finals held in Nottingham on April 30th and May 1st.

Malcolm Cameron said: “We weren’t in a position to pick and choose who we were playing so for us, we know we’re playing a good offensive and defensive team. It’s our goal now to play our style of game, keep it low scoring to keep Cardiff in check and take it one shift at a time.”

The purple army thankfully have no issues for tickets when it comes to both games. The site has stated: ‘If you were a 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder, this Sunday’s home game is the 3rd of 3 2019/20 shortfall games that have been allocated during the 2021/22 season.

“The final shortfall game from 2019/20 will be allocated during the 2022/23 season. For all those 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders that DID NOT renew for 2021/22, you should now have received an email regarding this Sunday’s home game.

“If you DID take advantage of the previous shortfall home games vs Nottingham and Belfast, you have been allocated the same seats for this Sunday’s home game. Your tickets should now be in the email inbox that you have provided.

“For those fans that DID NOT take advantage of the previous shortfall home games vs Nottingham and Belfast, you have been issued with ticket vouchers that ca be used for this Sunday’s home game. Your vouchers should now be in your email inbox”.
