All or Nothing: Arsenal - A Look Onto the Gunners' Battlefield

The Amazon Prime Documentary, All or Nothing: Arsenal was released on the Prime streaming service on 4 August 2022. The series shoots into the scenes at the Emirates Stadium which features an emotional rollercoaster for the club. The Gunners’ begin their 2021/2022 league campaign with three consecutive defeats while aiming to return to European football.

The chills from getting to see behind closed doors and the up-close looks at sporting stars. This is much better than the quick polished interviews crafted to suit the media. The documentary gives an insight into players' personalities, coaching staff and other inspirational figures that you don’t see on the touchline.

This season, the show starts by looking at the football club's history and the replacement of their beloved long-serving manager Arsene Wenger, who is now replaced by Mikel Arteta, the youngest serving manager in the league and the moulding of his squad to win titles and get back in the Champions League.

The documentary shows the usual matchday footage, and as a fan, it's always interesting to watch how the top managers give their pre-match speeches. A heartfelt moment is shown when Arteta gets the team photographer, a lifelong Arsenal supporter to tell the players how much the club means to the fans. However, it's even more fascinating to watch the emotions of Arteta, his staff and the squad while bonding during pre-match in the dressing room.

Score: 4/5 This is due to how the scenes are polished and not so deep, but more than what the normal fan would ever see from the outside. If you're a general football or Arsenal fan, this is a must-see. Documentaries like this can make a person fall in love with their club all over again.
