Brave school children chase away white nationalist
An activist from the far-right, neo-Nazi group Patriotic Alternative was chased away by school children in Larkhall.
In a video showing the incident, the 20-year-old man wearing a t-shirt with the black sun logo can be seen confronting children on a street in Larkhall in South Lanarkshire. He begins talking to the children about cultural Marxism before challenging one to a fight. As he runs away, he can be seen pushing a child to the ground while being pelted with bottles.
Christina McKelvie, MSP for Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse tweeted: ‘Disgusted to see and hear hate speech at one of the schools in my constituency. I will be in contact with the school, the council, and the police to see what can be done to prevent this type of hate. This is on the back of disgraceful racist leaflets distributed to the area.’
Local councillor for Larkhall, Ross Clark tweeted: ‘Similar to Christina I’m also disgusted by this. Well done to some of the kids for their opposition, but no one should be subject to racist and hateful propaganda. I too will be in contact with the school, council and police about it.’
Amongst statements claiming Holocaust denial and white genocide, the man can be heard saying: “There’s a small group of people who control all of the media, all of the banks. They promoted pornography, they promoted cultural Marxism. Hitler took control of the media and the banks.”
Member of Patriotic Alternative that was seen attacking schoolchildren
Patriotic Alternative is a British-based white nationalist organisation, founded and led by former BNP director of publicity, Mark Collett. The incident took place one day before the group’s bi-annual meeting in the north of England, and amidst a leaflet campaign in which they allege that thousands of leaflets have been handed out around Scotland baring the tagline ‘White Britons to be a minority.’
